2 pounds of fish fillets (walleye, bass or perch) 1 cup of seasoned bread crumbs 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups of salsa 8 ounces of shredded or sliced mozzarella or provolone cheese
Coat the fish fillets in bread crumbs. In a skillet, brown fillets in oil. Arrange in greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Top with salsa and cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400ºF. for 7 - 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and the cheese has melted. 6 servings
