Sausage Cheese Balls
1 1/2 cups of biscuit mix 1 pound of grated Cheddar cheese 1 pound of lean ground pork sausage or hot ground sausage |

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine ingredients until dough sticks together. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake about 25 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm on toothpicks. Note: Spray baking sheet with no stick coating before putting sausage balls on sheet. Makes 75 appetizers |
