1 1/2 cups of finely chopped, cooked ham one 8 ounce carton of plain yogurt 1/4 cup of shredded Swiss cheese 1/4 cup of finely chopped crackers 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine 2 teaspoons of caraway seeds 6 eggs
Combine the first six ingredients. Beat eggs until thick lemon color. Fold eggs into yogurt mixture. Blend well. Pour evenly into 8 inch square pan. Bake in preheated 375ºF. oven for 15- 17 minutes until nicely browned. Cut into squares and serve hot.
