Peach Champagne Slush

Peach Champagne Slush

4 cups of peeled sliced fresh peaches,
1 cup of Pink champagne
1/3 cup of sifted powdered sugar

Combine all the ingredients in the container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a shallow baking dish; cover and freeze for 3 hours. To serve, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes or until slushy. Yield: 5 cups (serving size: 1/2 cup).
