
| Sherbet Punch

4 1/2 cups of sugar 3 cups of lemon juice 2 1/2 cups of pineapple juice 1 quart of Ginger ale or champagne 2 - 3 quarts of Sherbet 1 quart of water 3 cups of orange juice 2 cups of water |

Cook sugar and 1 qt. water together until sugar is dissolved. Chill. Add fruit juices, 2 cups water and chill. When ready to serve, stir in ginger ale or wine, then drop in sherbet by scoops.
