| | Hazelnut and Coffee Sparkle
1 cup of water 3 tablespoons of instant coffee powder 1/2 cup of sparkling water 1 tablespoon of hazelnut syrup 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 6 ice cubes slices of fresh lemon or lime, to garnish
Brew some hot coffee with the water and coffee powder. Let it cool to room temperature and transfer to a pitcher; chill in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes. Pour the coffee into a food processor and add the sparkling water, hazelnut syrup, and sugar and process well. Add the ice cubes and process until smooth. Pour the mixture into tall glasses, decorate the rims with slices of lemon and lime. Serves 2. |
