Manhattan

MANHATTAN 

2 oz. Whiskey
0.75 oz. Vermouth 
3 dashes Bitters 
1 Cherry 

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine bitters whiskey, and vermouth. Stir. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry. 

MANHATTAN (DRY) 

1 1/2 oz. Whiskey
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth 
1 Olive 

Stir vermouth and blended whiskey with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the olive and serve. 

MANHATTAN DRY

1 1/2 oz. Canadian Whisky
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Stir well in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel.

MANHATTAN DRY 

1 1/2 oz. blended Whiskey 
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 Olive 

Stir vermouth and blended whiskey with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the olive and serve.

MANHATTAN, PERFECT

1.5 oz. Rye
0.5 oz. Dry Vermouth
0.5 oz. Sweet Vermouth

Mix with ice in short glass.
