MARTINI

2.5 oz. Gin
0.5 oz. Dry Vermouth

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass. Garnish with either a Lemon Twist or a Cocktail Olive.

MARTINI 2

2 1/2 oz. Gin
1 1/2 tsp. Dry Vermouth
1 Lemon Twist

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin and vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist or an olive.

MARTINI 3

2 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 Lemon Twist

MARTINI 4

1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 tsp. Dry Vermouth
1 Lemon Twist
4 oz. Lemon Lime soda

MARTINI (DRY 5-TO-1) # 5

1.67 oz. Gin
0.33 oz. Dry Vermouth

Stir vermouth and gin over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Serve with a twist of lemon peel or olive, if desired. Strain into cocktail glass.

MARTINI (DRY) (5-TO-1) #6

1 2/3 oz. Gin
1/3 oz. Dry Vermouth 
1 Olive 

Stir gin and vermouth with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass, add the olive, and serve. 

MARTINI (EXTRA DRY 8-TO-1) #7

2 oz. Gin
0.25 oz. Dry Vermouth

Stir vermouth and gin over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Serve with a twist of lemon peel or olive, if desired. Strain into cocktail glass.

MARTINI (EXTRA DRY) (8-TO-1) #8

1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth 
2 oz. Gin
Twist of peel of Lemon 

Stir vermouth and gin with ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass. Serve with a twist of lemon peel. (An olive may be substituted for the twist of lemon peel, if preferred.) 

MARTINI (MEDIUM) 9

1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth 
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth 
1 Olive 

Stir gin and vermouth with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the olive and serve. 

MARTINI (SWEET) 10

1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth 
1 Olive 

Stir gin and vermouth with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the olive and serve. 

MARTINI (TRADITIONAL 2-TO-1) #11

1 1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth 
1 Olive 

Stir gin and vermouth over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass, add the olive, and serve. 

MARTINI (TRADITIONAL) 12

1.5 oz. Gin
0.75 oz. Vermouth 
Olive 

Stir gin and vermouth over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass, add the olive, and serve. 





MARTINI - ESOTERICA 13

0.667 Part Gin
0.333 Part Vermouth 
0.5 tsp. Pernod

Shake with ice. Strain. Serve. 

MARTINI - ORIENTAL 14

1.5 oz. Gin
0.5 oz. Sake

Pour over ice. Stir briskly. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

MARTINI - STANDARD 15

3 oz. Gin
1 oz. Vermouth 

1 dry vermouth regular 3/4 oz. dry 1/2 oz. extra dry 1/4 oz. in 'n' out swirl Stir. Strain into cocktail glass. Optional: an olive. 

MARTINI COLORADO 16

10 cl. Gin
10 cl. Vodka
5 cl. Vermouth 
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
0.25 tsp. Salt 
2 Olive 

Combine gin, vodka, vermouth, bitters, and salt in shaker with crushed ice. Shake, but not excessively. Decant into two frosted martini glasses. Drop the olives in upon serving -- splashes are part of the charm.

MARTINI ESOTERICA 17

0.667 oz. Gin
0.333 oz. Vermouth 
0.5 tsp. Pernod

Add Pernod to taste (1/2 tsp) shake with ice, strain and serve.
