2/3 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of peppermint syrup 2 cups of peppermint ice cream sprigs of fresh mint, to garnish
Pour the milk and peppermint syrup into a food processor and process gently until combined. Add the peppermint ice cream and process until smooth. Pour the mixture into tall glasses; garnish with sprigs of fresh mint. Add straws. Serves 2.
