For one: 1 tablespoon of sugar dissolved in 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice 2 ounces of dry sherry
For twelve: 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 fifth of dry sherry
Mix the sugar, lemon juice and sherry and serve over crushed ice. |
