1 (15-ounce) can of cream of coconut 1 medium banana 1 (8-ounce) can of crushed pineapple, with juice 1 cup of orange juice 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 2 cups of ice cubes
In blender, combine all ingredients, except ice. Blend well. Gradually add ice; blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 5 cups. |
