Macadamia Cheddar Snaps

 

Macadamia Cheddar Snaps

1/4 cup of butter, softened
1 cup of Bisquik
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup of Macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Cayenne pepper to taste



Preheat your oven to 400ºF. Blend the butter and Bisquik until the mixture is in coarse crumbs. Stir in the egg, nuts, cheese and cayenne pepper. taste for seasoning, and add more cayenne if needed. Drop by the teaspoon full onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Store in an airtight container. Makes 42 to 48
