1 pound of mild cheddar 1 pound of sharp cheddar two 8 ounce packages of cream cheese 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon of grated onion 1 cup of finely chopped nuts 1/2 cup of chopped parsley 1 garlic clove, crushed Paprika
Soften cheeses and combine. Mix well. Add onion, Worcestershire, garlic, 1/2 nuts and 1/2 parsley. Shape into ball. Wrap in paper and refrigerate overnight. One hour before serving roll ball in remaining nuts and parsley. Sprinkle with paprika.
