Curry Canapés 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup of ripe olives, chopped
1/4 cup of chopped scallions
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
1 small loaf pastry rye

In a small bowl mix all ingredients together. Spread on party rye cut cornerwise. Broil until bubbly. Spread will stay fresh for one month when refrigerated and kept in a covered container.
