Allow the cream cheese to soften outside the refrigerator. Then blend all ingredients until thoroughly mixed together. Refrigerate the cheeses a couple of hours or overnight. Then place on saran wrap to form into cheese ball or log shape. Then refrigerate again until thoroughly chilled before rolling in chopped pecans. Makes about two pounds, can be used in one large or divided into two or three smaller portions, before rolling in the pecan pieces to coat. |
