Tropical Fruit Smoothie

 

Tropical Fruit Smoothie

One 15 ounce can of cream of coconut
1 medium banana
One 8 ounce can of juice packed with crushed pineapple
1 cup of orange juice
1 tablespoon of bottled lemon juice
2 cups of ice cubes

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients, except the ice, blend well. Gradually add ice, blend until smooth. Serve immediately, refrigerate leftovers. Makes 5 cups

Tropical Fruit Smoothie 2
 
 
1 banana, frozen, chopped in bite-size pieces (can be fresh)
 3/4 cup of  frozen fruit (strawberries, pineapple, peaches, cherries, etc.)
 Fruit juice
 
 Place banana and fruit in blender. Slowly add the fruit juice until it is the consistency you like.



Fruit Smoothie 3
 
 
About 1 cup of juice (apple, or apricot nectar)
 1/2 banana
 A few pieces of any other fruit ie. strawberry, peaches, etc.
 
 Put all these ingredients in blender at HIGH speed until blended. Add ice if you like while blending. This will make about 2 cups of smoothie.
