1/2 cup of reduced-fat mayonnaise or light mayonnaise 2 teaspoons of Dijon creamy mustard blend 1 1/2 teaspoon of prepared horseradish 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions 1/8 teaspoon of dried dill weed 8 ounces of cooked low-fat ham, cut into strips 27 melba toasts
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard blend, horseradish, scallion and Dill weed. Spread horseradish mixture on melba toasts; top with ham.
