5 pounds of shrimp, boiled, peeled 2 large onions, sliced 1 pint of vegetable oil 1 bottle capers and juice 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar 1 teaspoon of prepared mustard a dash of paprika 1 pint of vinegar 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Layer shrimp and onions in a deep flat pan or large mouth gift jars. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp and onions. Cover, place in refrigerator 24 hours before serving. Stir several times. A fantastic gift for a man. |
