| Pizza Fondue 1 onion, chopped 1/2 pound of ground beef Two 10 1/2 ounce cans of pizza sauce or tomato sauce 1 tablespoon of cornstarch 1 1/2 teaspoons of fennel seed 1 1/2 teaspoons of oregano 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder 10 ounces of grated cheddar cheese 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese

Brown the onion and ground beef in a sauce pan. Mix the pizza sauce and cornstarch together and add to meat. Add fennel seed, oregano and garlic powder to this mixture. Just before serving, add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Stir over medium heat until cheeses are melted. Pour into fondue pot. Serve with garlic bread cubes or French bread cubes.
