| Pizza Fondue 1 onion, chopped 1/2 pound of ground beef Two 10 1/2 ounce cans of pizza sauce or tomato sauce 1 tablespoon of cornstarch 1 1/2 teaspoons of fennel seed 1 1/2 teaspoons of oregano 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder 10 ounces of grated cheddar cheese 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese Brown the onion and ground beef in a sauce pan. Mix the pizza sauce and cornstarch together and add to meat. Add fennel seed, oregano and garlic powder to this mixture. Just before serving, add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Stir over medium heat until cheeses are melted. Pour into fondue pot. Serve with garlic bread cubes or French bread cubes.

1 pound of ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1 tablespoon of cornstarch 1 1/2 teaspoon of oregano 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder two 16 1/2 ounce cans of pizza cheese 10 ounces of Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add onion. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add the next 3 ingredients, mixing well. Mix in pizza sauce; reduce heat. Add cheeses, 1/3 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour into fondue pot. Serve warm with bread cubes or tortilla chips for dipping. |
