Tropical Dip for Fruit Categories: Cream, Sour cream, Quick, Make ahead, Holidays, Fruits, Appetizers 8 ounce carton of sour cream 1/2 cup of Apricot preserves 1/2 cup of Macadamia nuts; chop; toast 1/4 cup of flaked coconut Combine all ingredients; cover and chill. Serve with assorted fresh fruit. Yield: 1-3/4 cups.
