Salmon Log

1 pound can of salmon
one 8 ounce pkg. of cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of grated onion
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of liquid smoke
1 teaspoon of horseradish
1/2 cup of walnuts
3 tablespoons of snipped parsley



Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine the salmon and remaining ingredients except walnuts and parsley. Shape salmon mixture in an 8x2 inch log, roll in nut mixture. Chill well. Serve with crisp crackers as hors d'oeuvre.
