Appetizers

 

Sausage Biscuit Bites

one 7 1/2 ounce tube of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, melted
4 1/2 teaspoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
one 8 ounce package of brown and serve sausage links



On a lightly floured surface, roll out each biscuit into a 4 inch circle, brush with butter. Place sausage link in the center of each, roll up. Cut each widthwise into four pieces, insert a toothpick into each. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375ºF. for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown. Yield 40 appetizers
