| Sour Cream Fruit Dip
One 8 ounce carton of dairy sour cream or plain gelatin 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon Apple, pear or peach slices 1/4 cup of apricot or peach preservesStir together sour cream, preserves (cut up large pieces of fruit) and cinnamon. Chill up to 24 hours. Serve with fruit. Makes 1 cup. 8 servings. Sour Cream Fruit Dip 2 8 ounce carton of dairy sour cream 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of cinnamon Combine in a small bowl. Cover. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit (1 cup).
Orange Sour Cream Fruit Dip 3 1/2 of 6 ounce can of frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted) 1 1/4 cup of milk One 3 3/4 ounce package of vanilla instant pudding mix 1/4 cup of commercial sour cream 4 ounces of cream cheese Combine orange juice concentrate, milk, pudding mix, cream cheese; beat with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Chill 2 hours. Serve over assorted fresh fruit. Yields: 2 1/2 cups.
