Spinach Balls
2 packages of frozen spinach, cook as directed, drain & squeeze as mush liquid out as possible 3/4 cup of oleo 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon of pepper 2 cups of Herb dressing 1 large onion, chopped 6 eggs, beaten 1/4 tablespoon of thyme 1 tablespoon of garlic salt |

Mix ingredients and form into walnut sized balls. Place on a cookie sheet and freeze. Remove 1/2 hour before baking. Bake for 20 minutes at 350ºF. or until done.

two 10 ounce packages of chopped frozen spinach
3 cups of herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 large onion, finely chopped
6 eggs, well beaten
3/4 cup of melted oleo
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons of pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
Cook spinach, drain well, squeezing out all excess moisture. Mix all
ingredients together and shape into small balls. Place on lightly greased
baking sheet. Bake at 325ºF. for 15 to 20 minutes.
You may freeze before cooking. Place balls on cookie sheet to freeze. Take
out what you need, slightly thaw, and bake at 325ºF. for 20 to 25 minutes.
