  | The air has a certain lightness now, and the sun, though still timid, is more friendly. A sudden shower freshens the ground and the air and the buds unfold daily while the grass grows greener. The arrival of seasonal foods - spring lamb and tender, green asparagus - is a welcome change. The light taste of Fish, Chinese and seafood pleases the palate, too. Taking meat loaves a step beyond, we explore the world of pates and terrines. Looking out of doors, we know it is time to plan our vegetable garden.
