| | Chinese Style Country Ribs
1/4 cup of soy sauce 1/4 cup of orange marmalade 2 tablespoons of ketchup 1 clove garlic, crushed 3 to 4 pounds of country style or regular pork spareribs, cut into 2 rib pieces
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and garlic. Brush both sides of ribs with mixture. Place in a slow cooker. Pour remaining sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or until ribs are tender. Serve hot. Makes 4 to 6 servings |
