6 egg yolks 1/3 cup of pancake mix 1/3 cup of sour cream 1/2 teaspoon of salt 6 egg whites
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; fold in pancake mix, sour cream and salt, until well blended. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Carefully fold into yolk mixture. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto hot well greased griddle. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with butter, maple syrup, honey, or favorite fruit salad. Serves 6. |
