1/2 jigger crème de menthe
1 jigger tequila
crushed ice
2 small pieces of pineapple
2 green maraschino cherries
Pour the pineapple juice, crème de menthe and tequila into a cocktail shaker and add crushed ice. Shake well and serve in cocktail glasses. decorate with a piece of pineapple and a green maraschino cherry. 2 servings. |
