  | March winds bring blustery days but there is a glimpse here and there of spring to come. If we look, the buds seem to be growing plumper and have a ready air. When the season changes, our mood changes too, and the versatility of the egg appeals to our subtle leaning toward lighter foods. Its also time to make things easier on ourselves in the kitchen. We find the answer in satisfying meal in a bowl soups & Old Fashioned recipes. Once a week, at least, they seem easy and warming. What's more, with a big kettle, there's another meal left. St. Patrick's Day, Girl Scout Cookies, and Diabetic recipes!!!
