two 10 ounce packages of frozen English peas 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of reduced calorie margarine, melted 1/4 teaspoon of dried whole Italian seasoning 1/8 teaspoon of grated lemon rind
Cook peas according to package directions, omitting salt and fat, drain. Toss peas with remaining ingredients, and serve warm. 6 servings
