2 pounds of small potatoes, unpeeled 1/2 cup of sugar 3 tablespoons of margarine or butter
Boil potatoes in their skins, peel while still hot. In a saucepan, brown sugar and add margarine, stirring constantly. Add potatoes and turn carefully until potatoes are coated on all sides. 4 servings |
