|  | Holland Potatoes w/Cheese Gebakken aardappelen met kaas
6 tablespoons of butter 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 pound of Gouda cheese, cut into small cubes
Heat butter in a large skillet with sloping sides. Add the sliced potatoes and salt and cook, pressing down with the back of spatula, until golden brown. Turn the potatoes and cook until brown on the other side. Add the cheese and cook until it melts. Serve piping hot. 4 servings |
