| | Baked Apples with Sausage
6 large tart apples 1 cup of bulk sausage 1 teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
Wash the apples and cut slice from top. Remove cores and scoop out pulp, leaving shells 3/4 inch thick. Chop the pulp and combine with sausage, salt, and brown sugar. Mix well. Fill the apples with sausage mixture and place in a baking pan. Bake at 375ºF. until done. |
