| | Cream of Cabbage & Apple Soup
1 pound of white cabbage, shredded (6 cups) 1 onion, sliced thin 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped 1/2 cup of Vita Fiber, pulverized or 1/4 cup of rice bran pepper
Simmer cabbage, onion, and apple in 6 cups of water, over low heat, covered for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes. Pour into blender or food processor, add Vita Fiber, and blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Reheat and season to taste with pepper. Makes 6 servings
