1 large ripe avocado 2 cans of clear consommé madrilène 1 cup of sour cream salt, chili powder and cayenne to taste grated onion minced fresh dill or crushed dill seed
Peel avocado and remove seed. Whirl until smooth in electric blender or force through sieve or food mill. Mix with consommé and sour cream. Season with salt, chili powder, cayenne, and onion. Chill until mixture jells. Serve in cups, garnish with dill. Makes 4 servings
