Banana Nut Bread 1 cup of sugar
1 stick of margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of soda
2 large or 3 small bananas
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of chopped nuts
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs one at a time. Combine the flour and soda, add to mixture. Add mashed bananas, vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 40 - 50 minutes. |
