2/3 cup of sugar 1/3 cup of butter, softened 2 eggs, well beaten 2 cups of flour 2 teaspoons of double acting baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2/3 cup of milk 1 cup of blueberries
Cream together the sugar and butter. Add eggs. Mix thoroughly with sugar and butter. Sift and measure flour, sift again with baking powder and salt. Add alternately with milk. Carefully fold in blueberries. Grease muffin pans with butter, fill half full and bake in 400ºF. oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
