1 cup of granulated sugar 1 cup of brown sugar 1 cup of canned pumpkin 1/2 cup of oil 2 eggs 2 cups of flour 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 teaspoon of salt 3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon of ginger 1/4 cup of water
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix ingredients. Pour into 5 x 9 x 3 inch greased pan. Bake 65-75 minutes. Yields 1 loaf
