Pistachio Bread 2
 
 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
 1/4 cup of water
 1 cup of sour cream
 1/4 cup of oil
 1 yellow cake mix
 1 (3 3/8 oz.) box pistachio pudding
 
 Topping:

4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
1/4 cup of nuts

Mix together. Pour half of mixture in greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with half of topping. Pour in remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes. 

Pistachio Bread

1 package of Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 package of pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1/4 cup of oil
1/8 cup of water
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
3/4 cup of maraschino cherries, chopped

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 4 small loaf pans that have been greased and dusted with a cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 350ºF.  for 45 minutes. Freezes well.
