Pistachio Nut Streusel Bread
 
 
1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
 1 instant pistachio pudding mix
 4 eggs
 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
 1/2 cup of water
 1 cup of sour cream

Sugar Streusel Mix

1 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of chopped nuts

Sugar Streusel Mix: Mix together. Mix first 6 ingredients together, will be quite stiff. Grease and flour 2 bread pans. Pour 1/4 of cake mixture in each pan and sprinkle generously with sugar mix. Repeat this process ending with sugar mix on top. Take a knife and cut up and down to form swirls in batter. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350ºF.  until they test done.
