Sourdough Batter Bread

2 cups of sourdough starter
1 tablespoon of raw honey
1 tablespoon of unrefined oil
1 teaspoon of sea salt
2 tablespoons of soy flour
3 to 4 cups of whole flour



Feed the starter the night before. Stir all of the ingredients together except the flours. Mix the dry ingredients and slowly beat into the batter. Beat for 5 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Let it rise until batter is just over the rim of pan. Bake for 50 minutes at 350ºF.
