Sauté 1 medium large chopped onion in the smallest amount of oil, with 1 cup of finely diced celery, until tender. Add 1 pound of hamburger and brown lightly. Add 1 large or 2 small cans of tomatoes, 1 large can or 2 jars of baked "pea" beans (as B&M or Crosse and Blackwell - Not Heinz). Season with:

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of sage
salt and pepper
several squirts of catsup

Simmer for 10 minutes and serve to four greedy people or put in casserole for later reheating. Origin: from Old Good Housekeeping Cookbook
