Deviled Crabmeat Casserole - Combine 1 cup of milk, 1 1/2 cups of soft bread crumbs. Gently stir in 2 cups of flaked cooked crabmeat (two 7 ounce cans), whites of 5 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped. Blend in 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of horseradish, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of grated onion and 1/2 cup of melted butter. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 15 - 20 minutes in 450ºF. oven. Serves 6
