Low Calorie Cheddar Chicken Casserole

Low Calorie Cheddar Chicken Casserole

Categories: Low Calorie, Casserole, Chicken, Cheddar, Macaroni

8 ounces of  skinned, boned cooked chicken, diced
4 ounces of  uncooked macaroni, cook it according to package
2 large eggs, beaten
2 ounces of grated sharp Cheddar cheese (low fat)
3 tablespoons of  minced onion
2 tablespoons of  chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients and put in small casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam first. Cook covered in 375ºF. oven for 30 minutes.
