Low Calorie Hash Brown Casserole

Low Calorie Hash Brown Casserole

Categories: Low Calorie, Casserole, Potatoes

24 ounces of shredded raw potatoes, or thawed hash browns
1 medium onion, chopped
one 4 ounce can of mushrooms, drained
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups of  shredded Cheddar cheese
1/8 cup of  wheat germ
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake all ingredients at 350ºF.  for 1 hour or until golden brown. (Calories per 2 c. = 200)
