1/2 cup of green onion (include top) sliced 1 tablespoon of margarine one 3 ounce can of mushrooms 1/4 cup of pimientos, chopped 1 cup of cooked rice 1 1/2 cup of chicken broth 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Cook onion in margarine over medium heat until soft. Add remaining ingredients, except rice. Bring to boil. Put rice in greased casserole. Pour liquid mixture on top. Stir well. Cover and bake in preheated oven at 375ºF. for 30 minutes. Serve 4. 135 calories each serving.
