4 chicken breasts 1 package of frozen broccoli, cooked 1 can of low fat cream of mushroom soup 1 cup of Alpine Lace shredded Cheddar soup 1 cup of Minute rice 1 small onion, diced
Mix broccoli, soup, cheese, onion and rice. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Top with chicken breasts (if desired, sprinkle chicken breasts with seasoning). Cover pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 325ºF. Uncover pan and bake additional 15 minutes.
