1 large package of noodles 1 green pepper 1 small stalk celery 3 medium size onions 1 pound of fresh mushrooms 1 small bottle of stuffed olives 4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 1 can of condensed tomato soup 1/2 pound of sharp cheese 1 teaspoon of garlic salt 1 pound of ground beef
Cook the noodles according to package directions. Sauté the chopped onions, chopped pepper, chopped celery and sliced mushrooms in 1/2 stick of butter. Brown the ground beef. Combine in large casserole dish cooked noodles, ground meat and sautéed ingredients. Add the olives, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce and a 1/4 of the cheese which has been grated. Cover the top with a layer of the remaining cheese. Bake at 325ºF. for 20 - 25 minutes. Serves 12
