Baked Chicken with Orange Soy Sauce

 

Baked Chicken with Orange Soy Sauce

one 2 1/2 pound chicken, cut up, skin removed
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of celery seed
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
2/3 cup of orange juice

 

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place chicken in a 13x9 inch baking  pan in a single  layer. Top with soy sauce, salt, celery seed, garlic powder, and ginger. Pour orange juice over chicken. Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork. 220 calories per serving
