Biscuit Topped Burger

1 1/4 pounds of ground beef
3 tablespoons of instant minced onion
1/2 cup of chopped celery
one 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon of horseradish
1/4 teaspoon of salt
one 10 ounce can of refrigerator biscuits
1  cup ( 4 ounces) of shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon of snipped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of celery seed



Brown ground beef, onion, and celery in a skillet; drain off excess fat. Add tomato, sauce, pickle relish, chili powder, horseradish, and salt. Simmer 2 minutes, or until heated through.
Spoon into an 11x7 inch baking dish.
Separate biscuits; then split each biscuit into 2 layers. Place half the biscuit halves over the meat mixture.
Combine cheese, parsley, and celery seed. sprinkle over biscuit layer. Top with remaining biscuit halves.
Bake, uncovered, at 375ºF. for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. 5 servings
